Domain Registration/Renewal
If you cancel hosting within six months of us purchasing a domain for you, TechSurgeons reserves the right to charge a $10 transfer fee if you choose to migrate the domain elsewhere.

Why we have Quotas:

The simple answer, to guarantee that your site always performs at its best.

We will never over-provision our servers. (If you were ever bumped from a too full flight, you’ve experienced over-provisioning.) By implementing quotas, we know how many servers and other resources we need in order to ensure best performance. Most of our competitors, especially the budget hosts, over-provision. This results in slow page loads which frustrates your visitors and lowers your site in Google’s search results.

No, we won’t cut your service if you hit your quota.

Our quotas are implemented differently than most of our competitors in that they are “soft,” meaning we won’t cut off your site if you exceed them. We are invested in your success and with said success should come a more busy website. Turning your site off when you hit a threshold is exactly the wrong thing to do. If, hopefully when, you exceed your current quota, we’ll contact you to discuss if an upgraded plan is in order.

Daily server backups plus additional 2x daily site backups
Up to 20GB file storage
Up to 250GB per month web traffic
Up to 10 email addresses or forwarding to other email accounts
24/7 site monitoring of your site for any site errors

Business Tier 2:

Daily server backups plus additional 2x daily site backups
Up to 50GB file storage
Up to 700GB per month web traffic
Up to 15 email addresses or forwarding to other email accounts
24/7 site monitoring of your site for any site errors

Business Tier 3:

Daily server backups plus additional 2x daily site backups
Up to 100GB file storage
Up to 2000GB per month web traffic
Up to 25 email addresses or forwarding to other email accounts
